Savvy CFO's marketing and sales teams used different tools: Asana for project management, HubSpot for CRM and sales, and KarbonHQ for accounting workflows. With no data flow between them, information was scattered across platforms.

Team members manually relayed updates between systems, risking misinterpretation and delays. When a HubSpot ticket needed to become a KarbonHQ work item, someone had to copy details by hand. The overhead was eating into time that should have been spent serving clients.

Bidirectional Sync Across Five Platforms

  • HubSpot to KarbonHQ Automation: HubSpot Tickets automatically generate KarbonHQ work items, with responses synced back as HubSpot Notes

  • Central Database: A unified database serves as the single source of truth, with a Re-Tool dashboard for real-time visibility across all systems
